At Car Audio & Installation, we want to give our customers the best shopping experience. That’s why we believe our store policies should be fair, clear, and transparent. Read about them below, and contact us with questions.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery or collection to return the goods. If goods were purchased in store, you can return them to the store from which they originate. Please provide the digital invoice, available on email. Alternatively, bring the delivery note or returns form. If you need to return goods via courier, you can log a return by chatting to us. Simply send us an email with the subject "returns". We will arrange for a courier to collect the goods within 3-5 working days. Any goods listed as “sold online” or listed as “only available online” can only be returned via courier. When returning goods via courier, you will need to complete the returns form and specify the reason for the return. Please return unused items in their original packaging with the price tag attached. We will refund the item(s) in the same way you paid, minus delivery charges.

Please Note: Damaged or used items cannot be returned.
